Bar scofflaws originated from the name of a classic cocktail “Scofflaw”. The name came from the combination of two words: Scofflaw, a word which was highly used during the prohibition era in America, “scofflaw” means a person who disobey the law. Since the similarity of the situation that we faced during covid-19 and the prohibition were similar, we decided on using this name.
