GIR cocktail bar symbolizes the conservation efforts at Gir National Park, an endangered lion conservation site in Gujarat, India. As a result, we chose the concept of conservation as a guideline for creating both a natural design and a menu inspired by the coexistence of people and nature.

Bar Scofflaws originated from the name of a classic cocktail, The “Scofflaw”. This cocktail was named after the term given to those who clandestinely sipped spirits throughout the prohibition. Since the similarity of the situation we faced during covid-19 and the prohibition was similar, we decided to use this name.
